Cocktails for the weekend

This weekend I will be luxuriating in a rented home in Palm Springs, CA with a wonderful group of friends (holla Genette!!! Thank you for being born so we could celebrate you in style! :).  I was on a twitter party earlier this week and found out that you could make some amazing cocktails with Ciao Bella Sorbets...yeah.  While I don't know any specific recipes yet (I think they are unveiling them soon) but I'm sure I can come up with something.  I can think of nothing better than sitting on a raft in a pool with a wonderfully chilly sorbet cocktail.  I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!  Oh and expect light posts next week as we are home from Palm Springs on Sunday afternoon, home for two days and then headed back out with the boys for our first ever family vacation!  Woo Hoo!!!!!!

I have used this many times, I like to make a mimosa bar with it. The biggest hit is always the bloodorange flavor, my Albertsons special orders it for me. You just put a scoop at the bottom of your glass and then add some fresh berries and champagne. Delish! Have a great trip!
