Have you ever found yourself staring at an apple and thought, "Wow, I wish there was a simple way to turn that apple into a candle holder?" Okay, probably not, but now that I have you thinking about it, allow me to introduce you to the Candle Carver. This ingenious product carves out a perfect tealight-candle-shaped niche in a large variety of fruits and vegetables. Use it to make candles out of red apples for a fall party. How about turning small pumpkins into candles for a great table decoration at Thanksgiving? Or use it to carve out multiple niches in a watermelon and use it as a centerpiece at a summer BBQ. Nice green pears lined up along a mantle would be beautiful in the spring. And that is just how you can use it for lighting. Instead of filling the hole with a candle, what about some individual sized servings of dip? What about using a pear as a place card and treat all at the same time. You can prop a cute piece of cardstock with the guests name against the fruit and using the Candle Carver you could make a hole in the pear that can be filled with the same flavor Jelly Belly. I am also picturing an apple filled with caramel dip, but that obviously wouldn't be enough caramel for my taste. And what a great way to fill cupcakes or other soft breads! The possibilities seem endless!! And at a mere $14.00 this is an investment that will be used over and over again. There are several places to buy this unique tool: Amazon, Perpetual Kid or The Candle Carver website.
